Actually in older versions the cpu usage % would increase as we
continuously refresh using F5, and the icons or the mouse pointer would
show loading symbol, but in 13.04 mouse is not showing the loading
symbol and not only that the cpu % in conky or multiload indicator are
not showing increase in cpu usage or the percentage it is showing.
