Public bug reported:

In Firefox 20, I had no issue bookmarking websites by dragging the icon
that's left of the url (from the address bar) onto the Bookmarks tool
(View > Toolbars > Bookmarks Toolbar)

Recently, Ubuntu's Update Manager updated me to Firefox 21, and I no
longer have the ability to bookmark in this preferred way.
