BTW, I forgot to mention that this just started happening after I updated to Raring yesterday. While using Precise I didn't have this issue.

However, if I choose "Other..." from the drop-down, and pick the desired destination folder, this time the PDF is correctly saved in the choosen folder. I tested the Print dialog with GEdit and it does not have this problem. I noticed, though, that in that application, there's no "Save in folder" drop-down list but only a "File:" button that, when clicked, allows me to browse for the desired folder and type in the output file name, so the mechanics are a little different there.
