Public bug reported:

If a bluetooth connection disconnects uncleanly, eg. by walking away
from your laptop with your phone in your pocket, then you cannot
reconnect without rebooting.

1) Connect via bluetooth
2) Go to lunch
3) Come back to discover network disconnected, but still greyed out in the
network manager indicator
4) Further notice the 'invisible' menu item that actually lets you reconnect
5) After selecting, network seems to reconnect but an obviously corrupt message
is displayed and the network manager applet crashes, disappearing from the
indicators and not reappearing.
