This feature is the ability for a user a right-click a selection of many folders. The user can then click "Dump Folders". This will tell Nautilus to move the files out of the folders to the root location of these folders and then delete the folders. For example, if I have hundreds of folders in ./Downloads, I could dump the folders and the files inside would all be placed in the "Downloads" folders.
