However, when trying to attach a file, no samba shares mounted via smb:// in nautilus, nor bookmarks to such shares, are shown in the file picker. Moreover, draging a file from a nautilus window on such a share to a mail results in the url being added, not the file itself. So thunderbird gnome integration sems pretty broken...
