Title: cannot change any system settings Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: I want to change the time for example. The "unlock" button is not clickable. This problem is systemwide. I cannot enter my WiFi network because I cannot "unlock" the window. I am not prompted to enter my password.
