Bug description:
When you start Thunderbird Pantheon-Dock properly shows how many
messages you have in the inbox, but whenever a new email arrives it
counts it increments this number in the dock regardless of whether the
message was for the inbox or a subfolder. Realistically it should not
be incrementing the counter if the email did not belong to the inbox.
