AFAIK Mozilla explicitly removed this option from the menu, replacing it
with "Enviar opiniòn..." (Send Feedback). See

Firefox must show an option under the help menu to inform about incompatibles
websites. This option is not present in the Firefox release from Ubuntu lucid.
I'm using a fresh install of lucid, FF 3.6.3, and Spanish translations.
