Title:
unclutter default idle time is too short

Status in “unclutter” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: unclutter

The default idle time for clutter in Jaunty is 1 second -- way too
short. As I'm just browsing the web, there are short periods of time
when the mouse stops moving, but I'm not done with it yet. With a 1
second timeout, ubuntu is much too eager to hide my mouse cursor and
the cursor almost appears to blink as I browse. And, given that this
is a new feature in jaunty, it's difficult to figure out what's going
  on.

I think a slightly longer delay, even 3 seconds, results in a much
  more pleasing experience.
