The file is in cca 200kbps VBR MPEG1 Layer3, but it seems it was always broken (I found the song on youtube and did not know it). Old versions of Amarok silently skipped this file, so I did not notice it, but now reports this message, that is not correct. It should say that the file simply cannot be played because it does not contain any stream.
