Public bug reported:

Totem accepts my custom keyboard shortcuts (set via the standard GTK
editable menu accelerator feature) and honors them for the current
session, but it doesn't save them. The next time I run Totem, they're
gone.

I'm using Totem 3.6.3 on Xubuntu 13.04 (raring).
