Public bug reported:

If a cell has a conditional format string (e.g. "negative numbers red" is
ticked, which corresponds to format string "0;[RED]-0"), this format is applied
upon calculation of a cell.
However, the resulting format is not saved with the document:

WHAT HAPPENS:
- If I close and reopen the document, calculated cells appear unformatted.
- If I force recalculation (by changing a referenced value), format is applied.
- If I select "Always recalculate on load" for ODF files in the preferences,
cells appear correctly formatted on reload.

WHAT I EXPECT:
The calculated format gets saved with the document, so that calculated cells
keep their formatting during close/open of the document.

I attach an example calc file containing two columns of numbers. They
all have conditional formatting (red or red/green). Columns A and D
contain fixed numbers. Columns B and E contain calculated numbers. Note
how the red/green formatting of the calculated numbers is lost during
close/reopen of the document. It is restored only upon recalculation.
