browsing is slow

Bug description:
My browser speed is lacking. I have dual boot with windows 7 and I
have no problem with the speed or loading of web sites but ubuntu seem
to take for ever going from one site or page to another and or the
loading there of. I'm getting bored and tired of Microsoft windows
