When I get 2nd torrent without closing popup window, Transmission
would crash.

Bug description:
After I get a torrent file, a popup window would pop up.
When I get another torrent without closing the exsiting popped-up window,
Transmission would crash 100%.
Now I thought the popup window used to pop up in front of other windows when
I was using ubuntu 12.x but since 13.04 it does not come to front thus it would
create this problem more frequently.
