I though you can reproduce theis situation very easily. I have 3 ubuntu computer and it would happen on all of them 100% and everytime. You just need to click torrent download link twice then it would crash. I will submit the debug info later when I have time.

Now I thought the popup window used to pop up in front of other windows when I was using ubuntu 12.x but since 13.04 it does not come to front thus it would create this problem more frequently.
