Hmm, this doesn't seem to be an issue in 13.04, and I don't have a 13.10 box to
test on so I think it may be a regression in notify-osd. Could you post the
output of "dbus-monitor
interface=org.freedesktop.Notifications,sender=org.bansheeproject.Banshee"
showing the duplicate notifications please?
