Title: Phone does not reliably switch to cellular data Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu: Triaged Bug description: Steps: 1. Have a Sim card with data in a Nexus 4 2. Be in your office connected to wifi 3. Send some texts to confirm that you are receiving signals 4. Leave your office to go meet someone 5.
