  Remove derogatory messages from mint-fortune

Status in “fortune-mod” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Q: What do they call the alphabet in Arkansas? A: The impossible
  dream.

That is the quote of the day I was greeted with today when I opened
the terminal. I think it's a little distasteful and I'm not even from
Arkansas. I think this and any other messages like it should be
removed. There are smart people in Arkansas and dumb people all over
  the world.
