Public bug reported:

On double click on a draw graphic which is embedded as a OLE Object in a
main writer document the draw GUI comes up. Unfortunately the zoom
function of draw is not working this way.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached writer document "Impacting the scientific progress...",
well with Writer
2.Let writer actualize all embedded documents
3.Scroll down to page 3 of the opened writer document and see Figure 1 there. It
shows the software flow between Debian-Med,Ubuntu and Bio-Linux
4.Double click on the Figure 1 to edit it
5.See the embedded Draw GUI comin up(see screenshot)
6.Choose menu->view->zoom...->150%(only for exmaple; it is for all %tages the
same)[see scrrenshot]
7.See that the zoomfunction is not working

Expected:

The zoom function should also work if draw is called on a embedded
graphic within Writer.
