so takes over, your wifi is reconnected but 3g is still the main radio
  receiver in use.

  Steps to reproduce:

  2. Open a browser and search whats my ipaddress
  3. Disable wifi
  4. Open a browser and search whats my ipaddress
  5. Enable wifi
  6. Open a browser and search whats my ipaddress

Step 2 is correct and displays my wifi ip address, step 4 is correct
