Public bug reported:

1. From the networking menu, choose "Disconnect".
2. Before the menu item has time to disappear, choose "Disconnect" again.

What happens: An error alert appears: "Disconnect failure" - "Device disconnect
failed" - "(32) This device is not active."

What should happen: If the device is already disconnected, choosing
"Disconnect" again should produce no error.
