We might do, depends of the feedback from your users. We noted that some
of you are unhappy about that, but that's only a few reports so far
complaining. It's also easy to workaround that issue by open a new
window and copying the url for example... having several items for
similar action in the menus make them longer, so harder to use, it's a
difficult balance to find sometimes.
It would be good if those who feel strongly about it would open an
upstream bug to discuss the issue with them and see if they can be
convincing/get it changed back there

Bug description:
I just updated to 13.10. So the feature in nautilus to open in a new
window, when you right click on a folder, seems to have vanished.
Still works from the bookmark bar, just not in the main view anymore.
