im sorry that i open this bug again but i made a fresh installation of
xubuntu 13.10 and i still have this problem

  after starting an iptv stream video and audio are out of sync

Bug description:
  as mentioned above, when i start an iptv stream (german television through 
t-entertain) the audio and video are totally out of sync ... but it is 
noticeable that the timedifference between audio and video decays and after 
30-40 seconds it is properly synced...
