Hello Mantas, or anyone else affected, Accepted desktop-file-utils into saucy-proposed. The package will build now and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/desktop- file-utils/0.21-1ubuntu3 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
