Title:
sd_espeak crashed with SIGABRT in raise()

Status in “speech-dispatcher” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: speech-dispatcher

I got this crash on reboot.

Previously I enabled accessibility but had to disable it because it
makes the desktop going crazy (100% CPU and unusable)
