  Rhythmbox freezes and can't be kill -9

Status in “rhythmbox” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  After leaving audio paused for an extended period of time, Rhythmbox
  becomes a zombie process and can't be ended using kill -9. The same
  issue happens with banshee however banshee becomes a <defunct>
  process.
