This bug is related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source
/gnome-panel/+bug/774427 which was recently fixed.
Right clicking on certain applets in the second display causes the
popup menu to show up on the first display. It is important to note
that this occurs on configurations with multiple X-servers not with
Twin-View. It happens with at least the following applets:
Window List
Window Selector
Workspace Switcher
And possibly the clock applet as well.
I already tested the following patch but it did not help:
