Title:
11.10 suspends regardless of setting in gnome power settings

Status in “gnome-power-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Just upgraded my workstation to 11.10 for testing. It regularly goes to
(sleep?) after about 30ish minutes.
The screen is still on with a blinking cursor displayed in the upper left.
The power and reset button lights on my workstation flash like it's in sleep
mode.
Looking at the Gnome power settings, I see that it's set to "Suspend when
inactive for: Don't suspend" and "When power is critically low: <blank>"

Tweaking those settings doesn't appear to affect it going to sleep.
