How many tabs do you have open when this slow scrolling occurs? Do you
have any add-ons installed if so could you provide a list?

Title:
  Scrolling unresponsive

Status in “firefox” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Scrolling a page up/down by mouse wheel, arrow keys, or
pageup/pagedown keys is very unresponsive. Sometime it seems like it
will never respond. However CPU usage does not raise then. Dragging
the slider by mouse works better (but also that is less responsive
than with chromium-browser). Tested by e.g. launchpad.net pages.
