Still affects me in Ubuntu 13.10 with Evinence 3.10 and with a Brother HL-5350 DN.
As far as I can see there may be a problem in LibreOffice v 4.1 generating a PDF Page and printing with evinence. I've other pdf's which are working great, generated with libreOffice v.4.1.3.2.
