Status in “duplicity” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  attempted to update this morning and the update of duplicity failed.
  The apt term log shows the following:

  Setting up duplicity (0.6.18-0ubuntu3.4) ...
  Sorry: TypeError: ('compile() expected string without null bytes',)
  dpkg: error processing duplicity (--configure):
   subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 101

  And here's from the retry with apt-get install -f:
