Public bug reported:

It may be intentional for some reason, but right now a fully updated
Ubuntu 14.04 is running firefox 25.

I expected it to be running 26, and now 27 has been released:
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/27.0/releasenotes/

** Affects: firefox (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
