Unity control centre - as its name suggests, should be a one stop shop
to control all aspects of the opertaing system - like the control panel
of windows or the system settings of KDE. Yet , options for managing
Startup Applicaions is missing.
Startup Applications Preferences is already shipped with Ubuntu, it can
be added easily in the Unity Control center
