This means there are options unsuitable for use on the desktop. Some may actually cause issue if selected, Ex. File > new tab or window, ect. TEST CASE: 1. Press SUPER+d to minimize all the windows 2. Move the mouse over the top panel Result: It displays the nautilus menu.
