These are waking up by default every 5000ms, which between them means rtkit-daemon is creating 24 wakeups a minute just doing sanity checking. Apparently one can specify the canary cheep and canary watchdog times via --canary-cheep-msec and --canary-watchdog-msec options. Is is possible to tweak these to make rtkit-daemon do less wakeups and save a small amount of power?
