Public bug reported: When I create a new hidden folder like ".icons" In a folder that is currently not set to show hidden folders it is created but also creates an "Untitled Folder" and that is all the user sees, and to some it may appear as if it did not work until they look with hidden folders viewable. It doesn't create the untitled one if hidden folders are viewable when you create the hidden folder.
