@Thomas I tried the package is in your ppa, gives no image on the screen
as if the screen turn off. The only novelty is that if you can access
the TTY console.

Debian package not meet some dependencies need xorg-video-abi-15,
xserver-xorg-core (>= 2:1.14.99.902).

[ 127.738] ABI class: X.Org Video Driver, version 15.0
[ 127.738] (EE) module ABI major version (15) doesn't match the server's
version (14)
[ 127.738] (II) UnloadModule: "openchrome"
[ 127.738] (II) Unloading openchrome
[ 127.738] (EE) Failed to load module "openchrome" (module requirement
mismatch, 0)

** Attachment added: "Xorg log openchrome 1:0.3.3-1+1 turn off screen, can

Title:
[VX820] Regression: driver does not work on Samsung NC20

Status in openchrome:
  Confirmed
Status in “xserver-xorg-video-openchrome” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
I'm using a Samsung NC20 since a couple of years now. It has never
been easy with X11 but with Ubuntu 13.10/saucy it has become an export
issue to get this netbook running.

Notice that this is a regression from Ubuntu 13.04/raring where
openchrome was worked more or less flawless.

With 13.10 however, X11 bails out and even the console is not usable
  afterwards.
