Hello Martin, or anyone else affected, Accepted postgresql-9.1 into saucy-proposed. The package will build now and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/postgresql-9.1/9.1.13-0ubuntu0.13.10 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
