Title:
  nvidia-331-uvm 331.38-0ubuntu6: nvidia-331-uvm kernel module failed to
  build

Status in “nvidia-graphics-drivers-331” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
I believe the error for both nvidia-331 & nvidia-331-uvm are related
to the failure to build the new dkms modules when the kernel is
  upgraded.

It appears that running dpkg-reconfigure on the 2 packages in question
resolves the issue, but it is a manual step after reboot.
