Thank you for your bug report. Do you use unity? Is that the new session lock screen? Did you have a password prompt opened behind the lock screen (could be bug #1305586)? Does it happen every time or only once?

I cant press change layout, volume,calendar and power off (for change user) buttons. I can only press with mouse on top panel - then "Пароль" (password) text is shown in password field and press on this field to type password, but cant to type it - no reactions on any keyboard keys.
