IEC958 Default PCM seem only affect digital output (SPDIF) on the same codec 
ALC665 and has no effect on digital output (HDMI)of different codec CougarPoint 
connected to the same controller (same card)

Bug description:
  After I connected my laptop to external TV, the sound control on the
  keyboard stopped working.

  I connected the tv through hdmi via mini display port to hdmi adapter.
  Audio over hdmi was enabled.
