You have been subscribed to a public bug:

When I boot my laptop in some cases wlan works fine, but in other cases
(20%) wlan does not work. This behaviour appears since I updated Ubuntu
to version 11.04. In earlier versions of ubuntu wlan worked without
problems. I am using a Dell Inspiron 9400 with Intel 3945ABG wireless
card. The security of my wlan is wpa2-psk.

As attachment I upload a syslog extraction.
