Public bug reported:

When you have two monitors their positioning is being reset after logout/login.
1. Go to Gnome settings, Displays.
2. You'll see that monitors are top-aligned. See screenshot initial_setup.png.
3. Move second monitor to the bottom, so monitor will become bottom-aligned,
apply and save changes. See bottom_aligned.png
4. Log out from Gnome and log in again.
5. Go to Gnome settings, Displays.

Expected: Positioning of the monitors remains, they should be bottom aligned.
Actual: Positioning is reset and they are again top-aligned
