Hello Maarten, or anyone else affected, Accepted llvm-toolchain-3.4 into precise-proposed. The package will build now and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/llvm- toolchain-3.4/1:3.4-1ubuntu3~precise1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
