Adding additional account to Shotwell publish list doesn't work

Bug description:
If you try to add additional account to publish images nothing
happens, and this error messages show up:
$ shotwell
(shotwell:12635): GLib-GIO-CRITICAL **: g_app_info_get_commandline: assertion
`G_IS_APP_INFO (appinfo)' failed
(shotwell:12635): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_spawn_command_line_async: assertion
`command_line != NULL' failed
After searching online I fount this forum post:

So it is a simple dependency issue.
Please include "gnome-control-center-signon" as dependency for
Shotwell.
