Public bug reported: In Trusty 14.04, every time a non gtk app (e.g. native X Window apps, Qt apps, Wine apps, FOX apps, etc.) is unminimized, its window comes to the front as expected but doesn't have the focus. So I need to click once again on the task list button or on the window itself to get the focus on it.
To reproduce : 1. start any non gtk app (ex: xcalc) => it comes to the front and has the focus 2. minimize it 3. unminimize it => it comes to the front but doesn't have the focus System: Ubuntu 14.04 LTS Package: compiz 1:0.9.11+14.04.20140423-0ubuntu1 ** Affects: compiz (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to compiz in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1321172 Title: Unminimized non gtk windows don't have the focus Status in “compiz” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: In Trusty 14.04, every time a non gtk app (e.g. native X Window apps, Qt apps, Wine apps, FOX apps, etc.) is unminimized, its window comes to the front as expected but doesn't have the focus.
