  touchpad re-enables itself after suspend/resume

Bug description:
  After suspending and resuming my laptop in trusty, my setting to
  disable the touchpad is lost and the touchpad is re-enabled.  I have
  to disable it again through gnome-control-center to get it back out of
  the way.
