Public bug reported:

Occurs when playing certain flac files in several applications (occurs
in Clementine, Totem and gst-play-1.0 but not vlc) which use gstreamer.
The correct track length is being displayed, but the applications in
question will not play the entire track. Playback is normal until a
specific point in the track at which it will cease, and begin playing
the next track in the playlist if available. In both Clementine and
totem, playing the track and manually skipping past this point also
triggers this behaviour. I have attached an example of the output from
gst-play-1.0.
