Unable to read License terms while downloading proprietary softwares

Bug description:
While downloading any proprietary software like flareget, steam etc.
clicking the "Buy" button presents the Terms of Use dialog, but
instead of License text, the Ubuntu One shutdown page is shown. This
is may prove a legal issue as you can click accept and continue
without actually reading the terms
